Capiès is in the Aude coutryside, bordering the Ariège. We are surrounded by so many talented producers and growers. Organic wine, honey, cheeses, vegetables, lamb and pork are all available to buy direct from the farms. The trees around us are filled with figs, almonds, peaches, apples, and walnut; woodlands are carpeted with wild mushrooms. We want to celebrate what is within 25km of our doorstep and share it with our guests.
We serve weekend and a mid-week communal meal in the Barn Bar through the summer months. Menus change according to the season and daily weather.
