Most of our cooking is done outside in a wood-fired clay oven Will made with friends. Menus change according to the season and daily weather. If it is cold we have plenty of tables in our cosy Barn. Capiès is in the Aude countryside, bordering the Ariège. We are surrounded by so many talented producers and growers.
